General conditions

Prices refer to the minimum number of people per apartment and per week (pax min) and vary according to the periods

as described.

Extra price for additional occupancy per guest and per day (beyond minimum occupancy) : 10€

Prices include:

Utilities (electricity, water and gas), Satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi (in areas where the signal is active).

Prices not include:

Final mandatory cleaning (€ 20 Basilùs, €30 Ericùssa, €40 Strongyle, €70 Lipàra, Hierà e Didyme).
Bedroom/bathroom linens (available on request € 10 each set)

Advance payment, balance and security deposit:

25% down payment to confirm booking (by bank transfer)
Balance within one week before arrival by bank transfer and currency within the day of arrival
Security deposit € 200 upon keys delivery of the apartment (€ 100 for Basilùs).
The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay.

Rental periods

Rentals go from Saturday to the following Saturday

- check in: 16:00-22.00

- check out: before 10:00 (am)

Special Conditions

In Strongyle there are 2 extra beds available, in Hierà there are 3 extra beds available, in single bed or in comfortable sofa bed,

in Didyme and Lipara there are 4 extra beds available in comfortable sofa beds.

On the second week of stay and subsequent, discounts are available (excluding August).

Children up to 4 years old are welcome without any additional charge.

Discounts are available for the combination of two or more apartments.
